The crew was absolutely AMAZING!! Ron, Chad and Eric were absolutely the best. They were so kind and patient. I had a pretty complex job for them and they did with smiles on their faces and no complaints. This company has been amazing to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

I rarely submit google reviews. However, I felt compelled to do so today. Valley Custom Moving sent a team (Chad, Eric, and Ron) of absolute rock stars to assist us with a move! They were super professional, on time to start and finished quicker than estimated. If you are looking for a moving company in or out of the Boise area, you cannot go wrong with Valley Custom Moving. (I’d recommend asking for the same rock star team!)

Valley Custom Moving went above and beyond our expectations. From the very first inquiry, their communication was excellent, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The team that arrived was prompt, professional, and incredibly friendly. They worked diligently and completed our move nearly two hours faster than the original quote, saving us both time and money. Despite navigating tricky stairs in both homes, there was no damage to our belongings or the houses. We highly recommend Valley Custom Moving for any moving needs—top-notch service all around!

Valley Custom Moving was awesome.........easy to deal with over the phone as we were setting up our move from Arizona to Idaho. Service was outstanding and they were wonderful in getting everything loaded and then unloaded on the other end!

Honestly amazing!! The quote was by the hour and my son made jokes saying they were going to move at a slow pace because of that, but hell no!!! They moved super fast and got us moved within hours and all the stress for the move was off of us . We had so many problems with cliosing on one house and the purchase of another home at the same time that it was a relief to have the move be off our plate

The guys showed up, went over everything with us, wrapped all the dressers and things with drawers, loaded up and got us moved quickly. Things were handled with care, they were mindful of how they were doing things. When they were done, they asked how everything was, and made sure we were happy. Great customer service and great attitudes! Will be using them again.
